"Turkey packages are limited, so order early." That line sits on The Street Chestnut Hill's listing for Bianca's Thanksgiving take-home menu, and it's the first deadline on Route 9 this season. Bianca's ordering window has been open since October 30 and closes at 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 15. Thanksgiving is Thursday, November 26.
The first two deadlines, both at The Street, come with a turkey that's already cooked. The last one, The Capital Grille's, covers stuffing, potatoes and gravy and leaves the bird to you. Almost every take-home order also gets collected on the same Wednesday afternoon, along one short stretch of Boylston Street.
| Order by | Kitchen | What it cooks | Pickup |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sun., Nov. 15, 2 p.m. | Bianca, The Street | Roasted turkey or two chickens plus sides, or sides only | Wed., Nov. 25, 11 a.m.–5 p.m. |
| Thu., Nov. 19, 2 p.m. | Aquitaine, The Street | Full dinner for four, turkey included | Wed., Nov. 25, 11 a.m.–5 p.m. |
| Mon., Nov. 23 | Seasons 52, 220 Boylston St. | Green Box To Go for 4–6 | Wed., Nov. 25, 11 a.m.–4 p.m. |
| Tue., Nov. 24 | The Capital Grille, 250 Boylston St. | Sides only, no turkey | Wed., Nov. 25, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., or Thu., Nov. 26, 9–11 a.m. |
The deadlines span nine days. Every kitchen on the list offers pickup on Wednesday, November 25, and only The Capital Grille adds a second window on Thanksgiving morning.
Bianca does the most work for you and closes earliest. Its turkey comes from Misty Knoll Farms, a family-owned farm in New Haven, Vermont, that has raised free-range turkeys since 1984. The bird arrives fully roasted and only needs reheating at home.
There are three packages:
The sides are stuffing, mashed potatoes, mac 'n' cheese, Brussels sprouts, salad, focaccia, gravy and cranberry. Several are also sold à la carte, including fennel sausage stuffing and whipped mashed potatoes with gravy, along with desserts: a 9-inch Valrhona chocolate cream pie, apple strudel and a Bianca cookie platter.
The package prices also show how much the turkey costs. Sides for six to eight run $195. Add two roast chickens and the price rises to $275. The turkey package feeds a table of ten for $475, or $47.50 a head. That's the lower per-guest price of the two full turkey dinners at The Street, but it comes with the earlier deadline and a limited number of birds.
Four days later, Aquitaine's take-home dinner closes. Its Thanksgiving 2026 page sets the cutoff at Thursday, November 19, and the menu PDF gives 2 p.m. as the time.
The dinner for four costs $315. The bistro cooks the turkey in two ways, a sage-brined breast and a braised leg. Around them come gougères, a beet salad, stuffing, pommes Robuchon, Brussels sprouts, haricots verts, cranberry sauce, gravy and rolls.
That works out to about $79 per person, well above Bianca's $47.50. You're paying for a more composed bistro meal sized for a smaller table. For a larger group, Aquitaine sells add-ons that serve four to six: charcuterie and cheese for $78, shrimp cocktail for $74, truffled mac and cheese for $95 and red-wine short ribs for $198. Pickup is Wednesday, November 25, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
After the 19th, both full take-home dinners at The Street are closed. What's left is Seasons 52's box, The Capital Grille's sides and a table in a dining room.
Seasons 52 at 220 Boylston Street takes orders through Monday, November 23 for its Green Box To Go, which serves four to six. The box includes butternut squash soup and six pumpkin pie mini indulgences, and the restaurant posts reheating instructions for it. Pickup is Wednesday, November 25, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Capital Grille at 250 Boylston Street has the latest take-home deadline, Tuesday, November 24, and its offer says outright that you cook the bird. The sides-at-home order includes brioche sage stuffing, pecan-crusted sweet potatoes with hot honey, French green beans with ginger butter, cranberry-pear chutney, Sam's Mashed Potatoes, seeded rolls and housemade gravy. The page notes that the order "does not include turkey or Pumpkin Cheesecake." It's the only option on this calendar with a pickup on Thanksgiving morning, 9 to 11 a.m., in addition to Wednesday's 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. window. The restaurant notes that days and times may vary by location, so confirm the Chestnut Hill schedule when you order.
If you're roasting your own turkey, the Wegmans at Chestnut Hill Square is part of the chain's Thanksgiving pricing push. Wegmans' October 19 announcement runs grocery-basket promotions November 8 through 28 and frozen-turkey promotions November 8 through 22. The headline price of under $5 per person for a traditional dinner for eight does not apply at the Chestnut Hill store, according to the same release. The frozen-turkey promotion ends November 22. That leaves a few days to thaw the bird before the 26th, and the sides deadlines at Seasons 52 and The Capital Grille come after it.
Here's how the Wednesday pickup windows open and close on November 25:
From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., all four kitchens are handing out orders at once, at three addresses on the same stretch of Boylston Street. If you've split your meal, with turkey from one kitchen and extra sides or dessert from another, everything can be collected in a single trip that afternoon. If you're picking up after work, Seasons 52 is the one to reach first, since it closes an hour before the others.
The last option on the calendar doesn't need an order at all, just a reservation. The Capital Grille and Seasons 52 both serve Thanksgiving dinner in their dining rooms on November 26. At The Capital Grille, the Thanksgiving plate is slow-roasted turkey with gravy, brioche sage stuffing, French green beans with Marcona almonds and cranberry-pear chutney, with Sam's Mashed Potatoes for the table. The pecan-crusted sweet potatoes and the pumpkin cheesecake cost extra, and the full dinner menu is also available that day.
Booking a table lets you skip both the Wednesday pickup and the cleanup. It's also the only plan here that comes without a published order deadline.
If you'd like a Thanksgiving with no cooking at all, the date that matters is Sunday, November 15, at 2 p.m. If a table at The Capital Grille or Seasons 52 on the 26th works for you, you have more time.
